KidzDigz at Time Detectives Archaeology Fun Day!

That's me in the Time Team t-shirt!

Just over a month ago, I took part in an archaeology day at Bradford Uni. The day was organised by Pennine Prospects as part of the Watershed Landscape Project's weekend of community archaeology celebrations.

The day had a real buzz about it... and there was plenty to do: local artists were displaying work inspired by archaeology, flintknapper Karl Lee was demonstrating how to make flint tools, and there were even Vikings! More photos of the event can be found here.

'Brilliant event for kids and grown ups! Digging a big hit with child. Thanks all!'
